Returns/Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be glad to refund (less any upgraded shipping costs) or exchange your purchase and offer Free Return labels for returning your items to us free of charge. Please keep the following in mind:

  • 60 Days

    You can return unworn shoes for up to 60 days from the purchase date

  • Original Condition

    Footwear must be in original unworn condition to be accepted for a refund or exchange so please take some time to try on your new footwear inside on a clean surface to make sure you're happy with the fit and look. Do not wear outside or on dirty surfaces unless you plan to keep the shoes.

  • Original Boxes/Materials

    Returned footwear must be received in their original shoe box. When you ship the shoe box back to us for and exchange or refund please place it inside a packing box (preferably the original shipping box) to avoid damage as the shoe box is not designed for shipping.

How to Return or Exchange

Please complete the Return/Exchange form that was included in the shipping box (Also available here as a printable PDF). Repack the shoes as carefully as possible in the shoe box and put the shoebox inside a shipping box - preferably the one that was shipped to you. Follow the link below (it will take you to a site hosted by UPS) to create a free return shipping label which you will print out and affix to the outside of the box. Follow the instructions on the label regarding how to get the box to UPS for shipping back to Trotters.

Returns take 5-10 days, on average, to ship and process. If you've chosen to have an item refunded, please allow an additional 7 days for your credit card company to post the credit to your account.

Trotters Warranty

Trotters stands by our product and our shoes are covered by a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you believe your shoes are defective we will be happy to evaluate them for you. All warranty claims must include proof of purchase and should be sent to:

Trotters is not responsible for shipping costs to send item for evaluation. Items that are found to be free of defects will be returned. Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion of this process.
